Isolde Norris

Isolde is a master accredited executive coach, team coach, and Fellow of the Association for Coaching with over 25 years of experience. She has a strong background in building high-performing leaders and teams in dynamic, global environments.

Isolde spent 12 years in a large software multinational, where she led a successful culture change program that significantly improved employee morale and performance. This experience fueled her passion for organizational development and led her to become an executive coach.

She has worked with senior leaders and teams across various industries, including Technology, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Legal, Healthcare, and more. Isolde is a coach supervisor at Smurfit Business School and an executive and team coach for Trinity College's MBA programs. She also serves on the board of the Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber of Commerce.

Her coaching focuses on leadership, team effectiveness, personal development, well-being, emotional intelligence, and culture change. Isolde's approach is influenced by the Gestalt process, and she incorporates yoga, meditation, and somatic practices to help clients overcome challenges.

Isolde holds an MSc in Executive and Team Coaching, an MBA, a BA in English and Economics, and several diplomas and certifications in coaching and occupational testing. She is committed to continuous professional development and adheres to the ethical standards of the Association for Coaching, EMCC, and ICF.
