Andrea Garfield has dedicated her career to developing leaders and building organisations where people can thrive. She has navigated significant health and personal challenges along her own path, which fuels her commitment to helping others lead with clarity, resilience and humanity.
Before co-founding Awesome Institute, Andrea was President of ServiceRocket, where she led an international team through a transformation that drove the company to double its revenue. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Startech Global, a full-service international software development firm, which she grew and later exited.
Andrea has also shared her expertise through her work with UCLA Anderson’s Management Development Program, where she taught and guided hundreds of leaders each year in strategic growth and leadership. She has held leadership and board roles with organisations including the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Accelerator Program, the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and Project Echo.
